FILLOGY with base frame
The machine fills liquid and creamy liquids at temperatures of 20 ° – 40 ° C. Very creamy, heavy-flowing honey (eg rapeseed) must be heated to temperatures of 25-35 ° C in any case, to ensure fast and accurate filling.
Filling temperatures of honey:
– liquid, freshly thrown honey: 20-25 ° C
– creamy honey with low water content: 26-35 ° C
With semi-automatic hand filling you can create the specified 600 glasses of 500g / hour with 1.5 persons. With the use of our optional turntable, you achieve higher productivity, since there is only one person working with the same filling capacity. The electronic control is intuitive and doses the medium with an accuracy of +/- 1 gram (example with a filling quantity of 500 g). The filling quantity can be adjusted in 1 gram increments between 5 g – 35 kg. Because our filling system is modular, the machine can be equipped with other components (pump head / container / hose / filling nozzle) at any time to fill other products with different viscosities.
- FILLOGY ChunkyFor filling viscous or hot products, even with (fruit) pieces up to 7 mm, z. Jam, marmalade, jelly, fruit purée, chutney, pesto, sauces, yoghurt with fruit pieces.
- FILLOGY CreamyFor filling creamy products, eg. As cream cheese, cottage cheese, hand cream, ointments, fats.
- FILLOGY FlowableFor filling thickened, still flowable products, even with soft particles up to 4 mm, z. Ketchup, flowable mustard, fruit purée, mayonnaise, remoulade, peanut butter / nutmeg, lotions, hair colors, polishing gel / cream, water-soluble paints, artist paints.
- FILLOGY LiquidFor filling small quantities of low-viscosity products up to approx. 150 ml, for example: high-quality oils, alcoholic beverages, e-cigarette liquids, perfume, dyes, flavors, chemically aggressive products, products with abrasive ingredients, sterile products etc.
