LABEL-X COMPACT
This fully automatic labelling system is designed for labelling of self-adhesive labels on the most diverse surfaces of round containers such. As bottles, cosmetic jars, cans, lip and mascara tears, glass and plastic bottles or any other cylindrical products.
Here, the labels are applied to rotating products which are pressed during the dispensing process with a 3-roller applicator. Optionally, there are various optional accessories that can also be used to label conical and rectangular products. It is also possible to supply systems as a combination system for round as well as angular products.

LABEL-X MASTER
This innovative solution has been designed for the labelling of empty cosmetic tubes. The tubes are fed either manually or automatically and conveyed to the main carousel where a series of spindles receive the tubes and convey them to the various stations. Label application is controlled by both LABELX 140 ES and a product rotation system with possible automatic label position orientation relative to the lid opening. The main frame is made of stainless steel with the balcony configuration and the position of the control box on the back of the system, as well as security protection made of polycarbonate. The labelling system is controlled by a PLC with touch-screen control panel.
